🔬 Curved Glass Technology

To bend the glass, a thermal process is required.
The material is gradually heated to around 700°C until it softens and becomes pliable.

Once softened, the glass naturally conforms to a custom-made mold by gravity.
This is how its unique curved shape is formed.

After shaping, the glass undergoes a very slow cooling process to remove internal tensions.
This phase, known as annealing, is essential for making the glass safe and durable.

Some models are annealed twice, ensuring maximum strength and resistance.
This dual-stage process guarantees a product free from stress – safe, solid, and long-lasting.
