How are my goods shipped?

The quality and validity of the product we sell has been helping us develop a meticulous care for the shipping and transport service.

Starting from the type of product we choose the perfect shipping company in order to offer a qualified and specific service: express delivery service among the best on the market for less bulky products and specific delivery service for more fragile products.

The latter usually delivers your goods on pallets and contacts you by phone call 24h before the delivery, to check together with you the best time to reach you at home.

Even the packaging counts: every product is carefully hold in a well-thought-out and ad hoc packaging according to its dimensions, weight and material.
For some of the products you can already find some pictures about the packaging among those displaying the main characteristics of the item, e.g. the curved glass desk Scriptorium, which is usually protected with wooden cage.

Delivery is usually to street and it is necessary to request an offer for shipping directly to your flat.


How long does it take for the shipping?

Most of our products are manufactured at the moment of the order.

Manufacturing time varies according to the type of the product: you can find further information on the page of the product specification.

As the delivery is ready, you’ll receive an email about the notification:

-the tracking code to follow your shipping, if the product is sent through express delivery system. The shipping usually takes from 2 to 3 working days.

-data from our specific delivery company, perfect for furniture; the company will contact you 24h before the shipping to agree upon the delivery date. The shipping usually takes from 4 to 5 working days.


How should I behave if the product is damaged?

We usually suggest checking the state of the packing before withdrawing the product:

you should verify that the packaging is not externally damaged. If it is the case, you should take pictures about the goods at the moment of delivery.

Anyways, you ought to sign with subject to checks or directly deny the product if clearly damaged.

Your shipping is insured: you can ask for the replacement for the damaged product without any extra charges. You must send us a notification and attach pictures as evidence for the damage to our Email address info@infabbrica.com by three days after delivery.



What are the possible methods of payment?

You can pay:

-With early bank transfer: in the last step of your order, after the confirmation, you’ll find the bank details. Your order will be developed soon after payment receipt.

-With Paypal or credit cards accepted by Paypal: you’ll only need to connect your card with Paypal and follow the procedure. Every transaction is monitored with fraud-detection.

-Cash on delivery: for this payment method we require a 20% deposit with bank transfer and 20€ for the cash on delivery service required by the shipping companies. You can balance the rest of the payment with cash on delivery. After the order confirmation you will receive an email with the details of the deposit (amount and bank details) from our staff.


What can I do if the payment with Paypal is not successful?

Firstly you should check if your card is accepted from Paypal (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, PostePay, Aurora) and if it is charged with enough credit to cover the total payment.
