No chimney required, so no masonry. The fuel to be used is bioethanol, a pure, denatured, transparent alcohol derived from fruit and/or cereals. Odourless, during combustion does not produce smoke and is not toxic. Burning, produces only water vapor and carbon dioxide as the fire of 3 candles.
The consumption of bioethanol is about 100 cc. an hour.

At the production stage, the products are cooked twice: one at 1000° (biscuit phase) and one at 900° (glaze vitrification phase). This qualifies our items as high quality ceramics.
