Wilhelm Wagenfeld

(Bremen, 15 april 1900- Stuttgart 28 may 1990) he was a German designer.
In more than 50 years Wagenfeld has designed an infinite number of objects.
His professional education started in the offices of a farm of silverwave articles in Bremen.
At the same time he attended the school of Bauhaus in Weimar.
He worked in the laboratory of metals directed by Moholy Nagy, after he graduated he was also a teacher.
Wagenfeld worked with the glass, porcelain and every kind of metals, by planning a lot of pieces in production even today, including the famous table lamp.
